Our Store Credit Return & Refund Policy
Exchanges or damaged item exchwill be honored within 30 days no questions asked if your not happy or Satisfied!
Except clearance item or if your order came with a Free Gift.
The item that your returning must be returned in its original condition for an exchange.
1. For an exchange, indicate on the invoice what you wish to exchange the item for. Your account will be credited for the amount of the returned item and then charged for the replacement item. Be sure to include the item name, number, and price as well as any relevant info. It is very important to include your daytime phone number or email in case we have to contact you. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the jewelry must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration and must be in New condition.
2. Please! indicate a reason for your return on the invoice, receipt or email receipt you receive when you placed your order. Your feedback is very important to us!
3. Please! Return the original packaging in the return box, including your item, box, brochure, pouch etc.
4. Please! Indicate EXCHANGE or RETURN on the copy of your receipt or emailed receipt in order to process your transaction and allow up to 5-7 to complete your transaction.
5. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE to ship the item to us and will only accept returns & exchanges that are not damaged, used, worn and must be in its original condition. We recommend using Delivery Confirmation to track the delivery status of your package and you must let us know when we can expect your package.
6. Once your item is received, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. Rocky Mt. Outlet will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued in a gift card or store credit payment within 7 business days of receiving your returned jewelry item. Once the adjustment has been made you will get a store credit or gift card you will receive an email confirming that gift card and will be issued an account number to use to redeem your store credit upon check out Please! Check Out using Store Credit Options.
7. Order Cancellation if applicable ie. can’t verify credit card info. unverifiable address, out of stock, etc. we will notify you if we have to cancel your order and refund your money if the order is “Out Of Stock” only.
8. We do value our business and our customer and once orders are placed we will not cancel any orders nor accept refund as of May 1, 2020 No EXEMPTIONS! thank you for your kind understanding.
